Roch Valley Radio is made up of a group of over 50 volunteers that perform a variety of jobs from broadcasting and research to fundraising, request collecting on hospital wards and administration.
If you ask any of our volunteers, they’ll tell you how much they enjoy volunteering with our station.
We’re always looking for new volunteers; whether that’s being a presenter having your radio programme, to visiting patients on the wards, or helping behind the scenes, if you’re enthusiastic and want to help us, we’ll find you a role you’ll love!
Roch Valley Radio is run entirely by volunteers; we provide a hospital and community broadcasting service that promotes health and well-being for people living in and around the local area of Rochdale and Bury.
What are you waiting for?! Click the link below to fill in the form and a member of our team will get back to you, and we’ll arrange to meet and see you here in the studio very soon.
(As part of the recruitment process all volunteers are required to complete a DBS police check as at times you may come in contact with vulnerable or young people)
